Selection process

Submitting a CV
Fill in the application form underneath the position you are interested in. If your experience, competences and skills match the requirements of the position, we will contact you regarding the next steps.

A telephone call
Eligible candidates will receive a call from one of our specialists. During a short interview, we will discuss your experience and skills and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

First job interview
Selected candidates will be invited to a first job interview with their direct manager and/or a recruitment specialist. During the meeting, we will want to get to know you better, hear more about your experience, tell you more about the position and answer your questions.

Second job interview and/or practical task
Depending on the position, you may have a second interview to discuss the position and responsibilities in more detail. Before the interview, you may also receive a practical task to help you understand the specifics of your day-to-day work and for us to get to know your working style.

Making a decision
Depending on the number of candidates in the final round, a final decision could be made within two weeks. We will inform you of our decision as soon as possible, regardless of the outcome of the selection.

Making an offer
A successful candidate will receive a call from his/her direct manager or a recruitment specialist to discuss the job offer and its final conditions, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
