• A free-form request for permission to participate in the competition (addressed to the Rector of KTU);
• A curriculum vitae;
• Copies of higher education diplomas, diplomas of scientific degrees (if data about them is not available in KTU's Human Resources System);
• Description of academic activities for the position according to the field of research (art): Field of Natural Sciences, Technologies and Medicine and Health Science, Field of Art or Field of Humanities and Social Science;
• Portfolio of the lecturer's pedagogical activities (only for teaching positions);
• Activity plan for a period of five years;
• Declaration about the researcher's available mandatory competencies for the current career stage: Recognised Researcher, Established Researcher, Leading Researcher;
• A list of the published research and other works compiled by KTU Library or the candidates (if they do not work or study at KTU) and signed by the candidate. The candidates who are not KTU employees are required to submit the list of their published research works in a free format including full bibliographic descriptions and DOI (if any);
• Additional documents and material proving the candidate's scientific and pedagogical activities or qualification (at the candidate's discretion).

The candidates' documents to apply for a position can be submitted to KTU Human Resources Administration Office (K. Donelaičio Str. 73, rooms 319 and 322). Please contact us in advance by email zid@ktu.lt to agree upon the time for the submission of documents.

The deadline for submission of the documents is 8th of December 2025.

Provided personal data will be processed in Kaunas University of Technology Human Resources Administration Office for the purposes of organisation and conducting of the competition and stored only for the period required for the proper organisation and conducting of the competition.
