Associate Professor | 0.6 FTE | Centre of Technology and Entrepreneurial Competence
Doctor of Science in the area of Social Sciences, in the field of Management (S003).
Pedagogical experience:
- at least 3 years of teaching experience in the areas of marketing and project management;
- developing study module descriptions and methodological materials for studies;
- applying innovative and digital teaching/learning methods in the study process;
- organising and conducting distance and blended learning studies;
- providing student counselling and academic mentoring;
- working with students in various forms of studies and organising practical and project-based activities.
Experience in research activities:
- dissemination of scientific knowledge at high-level international scientific conferences and in publications, as well as peer review for scientific journals;
- organisation of international conferences;
- participation in editorial board activities;
- conducted research projects.
Language of teaching: Lithuanian.
Required level of English proficiency: B2.
Experience in supervising the students’ final degree projects: final degree projects, research papers and academic papers of the students of the second cycle studies.
Additional required experience and competencies: practical professional experience in the areas of management and marketing, as well as the ability to integrate practical knowledge into the study process.
Type of employment contract: fixed-term employment contract for a 5-year term.

Doctor of Science: in the area of Technology Sciences, field of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (01T).
Pedagogical experience:
- at least 3 years of teaching experience in related areas: controllers in mechatronic systems, the application of artificial intelligence in the control of robots and robotic systems, communication in control systems, and cybersecurity;
- the use of innovative and digital teaching/learning methods in the study process.
Experience in research activities:
- disseminating scientific knowledge in international scientific publications in the areas of electrical and electronic engineering, mechatronics, automation, sensor systems, and the application of artificial intelligence in engineering systems, as well as experimental development;
- preparing applications for external competitive funding and carrying out project activities, as well as preparing and implementing R&D projects, applied research, and experimental development work.
Language of teaching: Lithuanian.
Required level of English proficiency: B2.
Experience in supervising the students’ final degree projects: final degree projects and research papers of the students of the second cycle studies.
Work experience with specific equipment:
- work experience with electronics, mechatronics, automation, measurement, and prototyping equipment: oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analysers, power supplies, and measurement and data acquisition systems;
- microcontroller and embedded system platforms, and programmable logic controllers;
- 3D design, prototyping, and laboratory diagnostic equipment;
- computer simulation, data processing, and engineering design software (MATLAB/Simulink, Python, finite element analysis tools).
Additional required experience and competencies:
- the ability to integrate scientific, pedagogical, and practical engineering activities;
- experience in developing interdisciplinary solutions that include electronics, mechatronics, programming, artificial intelligence, and experimental research.
