Associate Professor | 1.0 FTE | Economic Transformation Research Centre
Doctor of Science: in the area of Social Sciences, field of Economics (S004).
Pedagogical experience: at least 3 years of teaching experience in the following areas:
- corporate financial management;
- strategic financial management;
- financial markets and institutions;
- financial technology.
Experience in research activities:
- publications in high-impact journals: at least one publication on the Association of Business Schools’ List of Academic Journals, classified as AJG1 (Academic Journal Guide 1) or a higher AJG category;
- dissemination of scientific knowledge through high-level international conferences;
- experience conducting research in the area of finance;
- preparation of applications for external competitive funding;
- work on international projects;
- participation in scientific networks;
- peer review of scientific publications.
Language of teaching: English.
Required level of English proficiency: C1.
Experience in supervising the students’ final degree projects: final degree projects of the students of the first and second cycle studies.
Knowledge of specific technologies:
- work with data analysis software;
- work with Bloomberg terminals.
Work experience with specific equipment: work in the Moodle environment.
Additional required experience and competencies: experience in integrating modern didactic methods and quality standards into teaching;
Type of employment contract: fixed-term employment contract for a 5-year term.

- a list of the published research and other works compiled by KTU Library or the candidates (if they do not work or study at KTU) and signed by the candidate. The candidates who are not KTU employees are required to submit a free-form list of their published scientific works, including full bibliographic descriptions and DOI (if any);
- additional documents and material proving the candidate's research and pedagogical activities or qualification (at the candidate's discretion).
