- Department of Academic Affairs, where we shape and implement study policy, set priorities and ensure that study processes and quality comply with the highest standards. By joining, you will be part of the change, shaping a modern and competitive study environment.
- Department of Student Affairs, where we make sure every student's experience at the university is smooth and inspiring. We create a supportive, engaging academic environment, strive for the well-being of students and ensure that their voices are heard and significant in the life of the University.
- Lifelong Learning Centre, where we implement lifelong policy by setting strategic guidelines, managing processes, monitoring quality and finding ways to foster a culture of modern learning both within and outside the University.
- EDU_Lab Centre of Excellence in Learning and Teaching, is where we help teachers grow! We organise innovative training, develop methodological tools and implement projects to make teaching and learning processes more effective, creative and inspiring.

- Department of Research Affairs, we are the ones who formulate and implement the University's science policy. Here we administer research activities, the process of doctoral studies, publishing projects and the vitality of the University Museum. - Library: our doors are always open to those seeking knowledge! We provide access to the most important sources of information for studies and research, and professional information services to make the journey of discovery as smooth as possible.
- Research and Innovation Project Centre: our team coordinates science, technology, experimental development, innovation (R&D&I) and study projects. We prepare applications, manage projects and work every day to increase competitiveness and internationalisation. Here, ideas become real change!
- Artificial Intelligence Excellence Centre is responsible for developing policies and coordinating activities related to artificial intelligence at the University.

- Department of Human Resources: we are building a strong, growing and inspiring university community. We take care of the management and development of human resources systems, the quality of labour relations, and most importantly, we help to attract, develop and retain talented, motivated people who shape the future of the University.
- Department of Corporate Affairs: we coordinate and implement internal communications, organise key events and create visual materials to enhance community engagement and create open communication. We make sure that every employee is well informed, feels valued and included in the life of the university, and that we act quickly, responsibly and with clarity in crisis.
- The Department of Performance Management is the team that makes sure that the University's administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. They coordinate strategic projects, organise public procurement, provide legal services and ensure document management. The department also develops and implements project management methodologies, ensures compliance with legal requirements and contributes to transparent and sustainable activities of the University.

- Department of Marketing and Communications: we are the ones who make sure that every word, image or creative initiative enhances the University's reputation and creates a clear, coherent and modern image. We strive for maximum efficiency and optimal measurable results, so our decisions are based on research and analytics. - National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre is a place where scientific knowledge becomes real impact: from collaborations with business and society to solutions that change the economy, the environment or everyday life. The NIEC builds and strengthens connections with external partners, especially companies, involving them in research, study processes, scholarships, etc. The Centre also protects and licenses intellectual property and promotes entrepreneurship through incubation services, training and joint projects. Internationally, the NIEC strengthens the university's role in Europe's innovation ecosystem, where your ideas can become real change.
- Internet Service Centre: we are the guardians of the digital space! We administer top-level domains, implement advanced cyber security measures and develop information systems, ensuring high quality and reliable services for our community.
- Alumni Centre is building a strong bridge between the university and its alumni. We foster the growth of the community, maintain a close relationship with the Alumni Association and involve former students in the life of the University, while strengthening the University's traditions and vision for the future.

- Department of Strategy and Quality Management, where the University's plans and decisions for the future are born! Our team develops strategy, improves business processes, analyses feedback, monitors rankings and data analytics. We make sure that the most important information reaches those who create change.
